About this session
Handing an agent a broad integration and hoping the prompt keeps it in line is not governance. If a tool can read every record in a system, then every agent holding that tool can too, no matter what its instructions say. Scoping happens at the tool, where it can actually be enforced: a tool that can only perform a named action against a named resource is one you can review, approve, and revoke. This session covers scoping tools so that what an agent is permitted to do is a property of the tools it holds rather than a promise made in a prompt.
