Arcade is the MCP runtime that makes it safe. We connect agents to the systems they work in, then give each one a permission slip and a paper trail: proof of what it's allowed to do, and a record of what it did. It's already running inside Fortune 100 companies like Morgan Stanley and OpenTable.

We're a team of fearless builders, and we picked the hardest, least glamorous problem in AI on purpose: building the infrastructure for the agentic era, the layer that lets AI take real action in the world. Even with AI, we need the smartest, bravest people (with the best taste!) to build the solution.
That takes a team that's sharp, moves fast, and is honest, even when the honest answer is inconvenient. Every person who joins should make the team stronger in a way it wasn't before, not just fit in with how it already runs.
