About this session
“The agent did it” is not an audit trail. When an agent writes to a system of record, sends a message, or moves money, someone will eventually ask who asked for it, what the agent was told, and which user’s authority it borrowed. That question arrives from auditors, from security review, and from incident response — usually at the worst possible time. This session covers what has to be captured at the moment of action so every agent action can be traced back to the prompt and the user behind it, rather than reconstructed after the fact from logs that were never designed for it.
